The owner of the online store volton.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is Volton Technology OÜ (registration code 17019506), located at Peetri tee 7/1, Kostiranna village, 74225, Estonia

Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information

The terms of sale apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store. The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. Information about the goods is provided directly next to the goods in the Online Store.

Placing an Order

To order goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. To complete the order, the required data fields must be filled in and a suitable delivery method for the products selected. Then the total fee will be displayed, which can be paid via bank link or another payment solution.

All payments are made in euros regardless of the payment method.

Payment for the order is made via Montonio payment solutions.

The agreement comes into force upon receipt of the payable amount to the Online Store's bank account.

If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods due to the goods running out or for another reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the paid money (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of notification.

Delivery

Goods are delivered to the following countries: Estonia

Domestic shipments usually reach the destination specified by the buyer within 2-3 business days from the entry into force of the sales agreement via Omniva parcel machine.

In exceptional cases, goods may be delivered within up to 45 calendar days.

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the e-store agreement within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To exercise the 14-day return right, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, in the same way as it is allowed to test the goods in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for purposes other than necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods.

To return goods, a free-form withdrawal statement must be submitted and sent to the email address info@volton.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal application or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within the aforementioned period.

The Online Store will refund the amounts received from the buyer under the contract without delay, but no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice and return of the goods.

The Online Store may withhold refunds until the item which is the subject of the contract has been returned.

The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the Online Store was significantly below the market price due to an error.

Right to File a Complaint

The Online Store is responsible for non-compliance or defects of the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery and which become apparent within two years from the date of delivery. Within the first 12 months from the date of delivery to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the Online Store to prove otherwise.

The buyer must notify the Online Store of any defects within two months of their discovery by sending an email to info@volton.ee or by calling +372 5854 3431.

The Online Store is not responsible for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.

If goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the Online Store will refund the buyer all payments received under the sales agreement.

The Online Store will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that enables written reproduction within 15 days.

Processing of Personal Data

The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, email address, bank details) only for processing the order and delivering the goods to the buyer.

The Online Store forwards personal data to transport service providers for the purpose of delivering goods.

Product Warranty and Returns

The Volton smart plug has a two-year manufacturer's warranty, effective from the date of purchase.

In case of manufacturer's defects or production faults, the product can be returned to the store where it was purchased. If purchased from the Online Store, send the product to Volton Technology OÜ at Peetri tee 7/1, Kostiranna village, 74225 or to the nearest parcel machine. If the warranty conditions apply, the product will be replaced or the purchase and shipping costs will be reimbursed.

The seller is not responsible for damage caused by improper use or electrical system faults and does not replace products damaged due to misuse.

Dispute Resolution

If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent to info@volton.ee or call 5854 3431.

If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The competence of the committee includes resolving disputes arising from the agreement between the buyer and the Online Store. The buyer's complaint review by the committee is free of charge.

The buyer may also contact the European Union online dispute resolution platform.
